Boys & Girls Club of Winnemucca is pleased to present our facilities & services for your next event.
At approximately 36,000 square feet, the Boys & Girls Club of Winnemucca Facility has ample space for programming and activities. While the Club’s first priority is to provide a safe, fun & enriching environment for the youth in our community we can also provide space for a wide variety of community needs and activities.
The large gym provides plenty of space for Club kids to run & play indoor games such as basketball, dodgeball, Simon Says or they can even use the large screens to have a movie day. The gym has also hosted youth sports leagues, weddings, fundraising dinners and more. The multipurpose room is a slightly smaller space that serves several important purposes. It is a cafeteria during meal times, a secondary homework area for youth needing some extra assistance, and an additional space for kids to play games. In addition to its use for youth during Club hours, it is also available for groups to hold meetings, trainings, receptions or a celebration of life. The room is equipped with audio and video sound equipment, making it an ideal space for presentations and lunches.
The Club’s kitchen is available to caterers for these events, or you can bring in your own food. The Club can provide everything you need to have a successful event, we have plenty of chairs, tables – even a stage, podium and sound system. There are plenty of huge screens for slideshows, or presenting important information. We offer bartending services. All of the proceeds from facility rentals support our ongoing efforts to provide state of the art programming, field trips, the Club Store, educational activities, financial assistance for struggling Club families – and more!
